PlayTsogo - A TERRIBLE Experience

I just wanted to let fellow members in on my experience at Playtsogo. I signed up and received a popup for a bonus. I accepted this and received a bonus. I played and lost all my funds.

Now this is where the trouble starts :cautious:. I made several cash deposits, there could have been about 5 or more of them. My last deposit didn't reflect and I contacted support. Needless to say, after sending in a POP it took a few hours for them to credit my deposit eventually.

I logged in last night to check and the deposit was there. So I played a little and left some funds for today. I had a nice win on some slots and had a balance of around R6500. When I decided to withdraw, I saw bonuses attached to the account. This could not be right as I lost all the bonuses and the bonus was only on my first deposit.

I decided to speak to support in the hope they would remove the bonus. I spoke to a friendly lady who was so clueless about how bonuses work, that it made me cringe. They insisted I had to wager R14 500 from the original bonus I received (and lost) about 6 deposits earlier. No matter how hard I tried, they would not remove the bonus.

Well, I guess I wanted to withdraw R6500 but ended up losing my balance. I would love for someone to educate everyone at PlayTsogo on how bonuses work. Their untrained agents are simply a total and complete waste of time to engage with. I had two issues - they resolved nothing and cost me R6500.

What a shame, a waste of time and energy. I won't play there again.
 
I sometimes wonder how competent the staff are at Playtsogo.

It is the second time that I have deposited and my funds are not credited. I used EFT secure. To add insult to injury, some of their deposit methods like Ozow don't even work :rolleyes:.

I mean surely someone is being paid a fat sum to make sure all these things work? Playtsogo is from the Monte Casino group, yet their online offering operates like a backyard casino :mad:

I have not heard back from anyone at Playtsogo. I used the support email, which asked me to comment on whether my experience was good or bad. I selected the 'bad' option and took the time to give feedback, yet nobody responded or acknowledged my complaint (This was last week already).

It's scary, considering they have feedback channels yet do not even bother responding to queries.

On Saturday, I made a deposit, and it wasn't credited. They said the turnaround time is 48 Hours, yet after 48 hours, no one had contacted me back or credited my funds. It was not until I asked if I needed to lodge a complaint with the gambling board to receive my money that I instantly got acknowledged and credited.

I'm still trying to wrap my mind around the fact that this is the owner of Monte Casino. How can their online operation be so sloppy and customer unfriendly?

I haven't received any response from PlayTsogo yet, though they did acknowledge my query via email.

I directed them to this thread and suggested that they either create an account or respond privately through email. Let's give it some time - perhaps there might be some positive developments soon.

They're pretty terrible from my experience too, but this is shocking. I've had similiar deposit issues with other sites but they were quick to acknowledge and look into the problem, and resolve it. Definitely a site to avoid! (Same nonsense as Supersport, playcoza and a few new sites).

I'm yet to receive an acknowledgement of my complaint.

I'm still trying to understand how a monster in the South African Gambling scene can completely miss the target online.

Is anyone in upper management diligent enough to check or test their product?
