• Minimum Cash Back to be added per week is R5, if your weekly Cash Back is less than R5 you do not qualify for this promotion.
• Maximum Cash Back per week cannot exceed R10 000.

I spent thousands of rands, which I lost. Got my 10% back in spins and hit the feature, when all of a sudden, the game froze, not once, but twice. I'm not even given a fair chance! I've played after that with no issue at all. And the best they can come up with, is my internet connection. Fibre? Really? Don't waste your money like I did!

Good Day

Thank you for your interest. For my 10% slots cashback, I received 38 free spins @ R5. I triggered the feature on my 7th spin. Which as per screenshot, gave me extra 20 bonus spins. One spin in, I hit 3 out of the 5 doors, which was setting me up for a big win. And then it froze. I couldn't click anywhere or contact support and after waiting a while the page refreshed back into the feature. One spin later I went from R40 to R280, and then it froze again. This time, when the page refreshed, I was out of the feature, but had 17 bonus spins left. I couldn't take a screenshot as the game just went black. After that, the funny thing is, when I was out of the feature, no issues or freezing again. I continued playing as normal. Support investigated and I was told it's my internet connection. I have fibre, so no issues there.

I've been on Easybet for the whole week without any freezes, glitches or any issues, as long as I lost, but as soon as I hit the big one, all of a sudden, issues.

This was purposefully done somehow, and I'm not happy.
