It would help if you can elaborate a bit more on what happened in your case, so we can see how to advise or assist you better?

I been an Avid Lulabet player and never had problems receiving my winnings. Withdrawal time frames are inconsistent at times, but never waited more than 48 hours. The standard is same day payout. I think they process payments once a day.

I played a game and won over R23000. I was told to deposit R350 fore to be able to withdraw using VIP1 status. After I deposited money I was told to deposit extra R550 to gain VIP2 for me to withdraw all the money in my account. I then went to check their reviews and realised that everyone on the reviews complained about the same thing. Some were requested to pay R18000, some R2500, but to date, they were not paid their winnings. At some point they even wanted to refe me to a Facebook page.
